I. Overview

 multi-channel partial discharge detector is a newly developed digital liquid crystal display partial discharge detector developed by our company to solve the problems of low brightness and short life of the traditional partial discharge instrument oscilloscope tube.

This instrument maintains the advantages of mature model products such as high detection sensitivity, large sample capacitance coverage, wide range of applicable samples, fully equipped input unit (detection impedance), and multiple frequency band combinations (nine types). The operation and structural installation forms are fully compatible with previous models, making it easy to upgrade existing system equipment.

◆　After the partial discharge signal is digitized, liquid crystal display is used instead of the traditional oscilloscope tube display.

◆ The operation is exactly the same as the traditional analog partial discharge testing instrument, simple and easy to learn.

◆ Free choice of ellipse, straight line, sine display mode

◆ Digital window opening technology can avoid the influence of interference on measurement.

◆ Any phase window opening, single window, double window option, oval 150 degrees rotation.

◆ The current discharge graph can be fixed frame storage processing, static observation and analysis of partial discharge pulse.

◆ The current discharge graph can be saved to achieve the traceability of test results.

◆ Can upload local volume and test voltage through standard RS485 interface using MODBUS protocol (optional).

I. Main Technical Indicators

3、Amplifier frequency band：

①Low-end: 10KHZ, 20KHZ, 40KHZ optional

②High-end: 80KHZ, 200KHZ, 300KHZ optional

4、Amplifier gain adjustment: coarse adjustment of six, the gain between 20±1 db;

Fine adjustment range >20db.

5、Time window:

① Window width: adjustable range 15° ~ 150°;

② Window position: Each window can be rotated 0° ~ 170°;

③ Two time Windows can be opened separately or simultaneously.

6、Discharge meter:：

Digital meter head: Display 0-100.0 with 3½LED digital meter   Error <±5%(on full scale)

7、Elliptical time base:

① Frequency 50HZ, 100HZ, 150HZ, 200HZ, 400HZ.

② Elliptical rotation: 30° as a gear, can be made 120° rotation.

③ Display mode: ellipse -- straight line -- sine

8、Test voltmeter:

① Range: 100KV (extensible)

② Display: 3½ digital voltmeter indication
