One Oil Filter Performs Four Functions: Oil Discharge, Hot Oil Circulation, Vacuum Oil Injection, And Vacuum Drying

One of the most prominent engineering values of HZLY-200A is the integration of four core operations at the transformer overhaul site into one device, significantly reducing the number of on-site equipment and coordination complexity.

Implementation of four functions in one

Function 1: Transformer oil discharge

When repairing a transformer, it is necessary to first drain the old oil. After selecting the oil inlet screw pump (optional+14000 yuan, the manual specifically recommends configuration), the old oil in the transformer can be pumped out and filtered to remove impurities before being stored in the oil storage tank, instead of being directly discarded - if the old oil is still usable, it can be re injected after filtration to reduce processing costs.

Function 2: Hot oil circulation drying

For transformer insulation (especially insulation paper) that is severely affected by moisture, it is difficult to effectively remove deep internal moisture by vacuum pumping alone. Hot oil circulation drying is a more effective solution: Inject the hot oil (40-70 ℃) processed by the oil filter into the transformer. When the hot oil flows through the insulation paper, the moisture in the paper is carried out and circulated back to the oil filter for further dehydration. After multiple cycles, the moisture content of the transformer insulation can significantly decrease.

Function 3: Transformer Vacuum Extraction

HZLY-200A is equipped with a dedicated transformer vacuum interface (controlled by MV08 valve). Before vacuum oil injection, it is necessary to evacuate the transformer body to remove residual air and moisture, in preparation for vacuum oil injection. The pumping rate of HZLY-200A is 1080m ³/h, which can effectively evacuate transformers with a volume of 20-60m ³, meeting the requirements of large main transformers.

Function 4: Vacuum oil injection

Inject purified and qualified insulation oil while maintaining vacuum in the transformer body. The advantage of vacuum oil injection is that there are no bubbles in the oil (which have been degassed before oil injection), and no gas is introduced during the oil injection process, ensuring the initial quality of transformer insulation oil. After the oil treatment is qualified, the 20-60m ³ transformer can be filled with oil under vacuum conditions.

The convenience of import and export oil exchange function

On site pipeline connections are often limited by space, and the choice of inlet and outlet directions is crucial. HZLY-200A can achieve the exchange of oil inlet and outlet through valve switching, and there is no need to adjust the direction of the pipeline when connecting, significantly simplifying the on-site takeover work.
