4.85kg Host and Built-In Lithium Battery: Intelligent Low-Power Design for Field Substations Under No Power Conditions

In many remote outdoor sites where newly built substations have not yet been powered on or have power outages for maintenance, searching for a usable 220V maintenance power socket often requires pulling a temporary cable reel of hundreds of meters, which not only slows down the maintenance pace, but also poses a safety hazard of cable leakage and electric shock in rainy and snowy weather. The HZ-3510 grounding continuity tester adopts an integrated design of "built-in high-energy lithium battery+dual-mode power supply from the mains", which solves the problem of finding power sources on site from the hardware bottom.

Intelligent dynamic power management technology

Why can the built-in battery maintain such a long-lasting battery life even when outputting a high current of 10A? The secret lies in the "intelligent power management technology" mentioned in the manual: traditional testers often have their internal circuits in a normally open high power consumption state without measurement, and the components heat up severely; The HZ-3510 is monitored in real-time by a high-speed microcontroller for closed-loop status. The instrument only consumes microampere level static sleep power in the standby and parameter setting interface, and accurately releases constant current energy within a few seconds of pressing the test button.

This design of "always working at the minimum power state" not only suppresses the peak power consumption of the whole machine within 100W, but also effectively avoids the significant heating of the internal power transistor of the host, making the instrument twice as stable in the harsh field environment of 0 ℃ to 40 ℃ and doubling the lifespan of the components.
