3. The high-voltage DC pulse power supply used for cable fault tester testing should generally choose a power supply with an output voltage of less than 15,000 volts. The output voltage of the power supply should be controlled within 10,000 volts, and there must be cables in the test circuit, which can form a high-voltage pulse energy instantaneous release circuit.
