The Role of Lubricating Oil in Resisting Grinding Machines

Lubricating oil anti grinding machine is a key experimental equipment specifically used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of lubricating oil. During the testing process, anti-wear additives (such as sulfur, phosphorus, zinc, etc.) in the lubricating oil undergo chemical reactions with the metal surface under frictional heat and pressure, forming a high-strength boundary lubrication film that effectively isolates the metal contact surface and reduces friction losses.
