I.Overview
With the development of my country's electric power industry, the capacitor compensation device has achieved unprecedented development, but with it, the capacitor accident rate has risen sharply, and serious mass injury accidents have occurred. In order to prevent the occurrence of shunt capacitor accidents and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power grid, the State Grid Corporation of China has formulated the "Measures for Preventing High Voltage Shunt Capacitor Accidents". It is clearly stated that "regularly measure the capacitance of a single capacitor in the capacitor bank, and it is recommended to use the measurement method without disconnecting the connecting wire to avoid the failure of the casing oil leakage due to the stress on the casing caused by the disassembly and assembly of the connecting wire".
This instrument is designed for the problems existing in the measurement of high-voltage shunt capacitor banks in substations, and refers to GB3983.2-1989 "High-voltage shunt capacitors", DL/T840-2003 "Technical conditions for the use of high-voltage shunt capacitors" and JB5346-1998 " It is specially developed according to national standards such as "Series Reactors", mainly for the measurement of high-voltage parallel capacitor banks and reactors of reactive power compensation devices.
The instrument adopts a high-speed microprocessor, synchronously collects the voltage signal and current signal of the tested object, and automatically calculates the capacitance value, inductance value and other values. It is not necessary to remove the connecting wire for on-site measurement of capacitors, which simplifies the test process and effectively improves work efficiency. After the test, the capacity of each phase capacitor and other parameters are automatically calculated, and it is easy to determine the quality change of the capacitor and the fault of the connecting conductor between the devices.
II.Features
The instrument can measure the single capacitance of a group of parallel capacitors (both single-phase capacitance and three-phase capacitance can be measured) without removing the wires use.
