HGQH(12)-C Device is a new generation of calibrating device, faster and more accurate. We develop it to meet the demand of modern calibration. It is made up of an HGQA-C Transformer Calibrator, a current load case, a special test standard for CT and so on. Inheriting the original the features, it is remarkably improved. With flexible match with more load cases and transformers, it performs excellently in quick test and quick point location during CT test.
(1) This device adopted program controlled source in the fine tuning, making it faster and more precise for point location.
(2) We have made essential progress in multi-CT test. This machine can detect 12 CTs of any transformation ratio in just 3 to 5 minutes.
(3) Now let’s cover some major parts of the device. The standard CT has 1A and 5A to choose from. The current load case has 1A and 5A to choose from, and its load is from 2.5VA to 80VA. The voltage load case has 100V,100/1.732V to choose from, and its load is from 1.25VA to 158.75VA. Besides, the load cases will switch automatically during the test. In total, this machine can meet the general need of users.
(4) The machine can perform regular or irregular test to transformers. And during the process, it can test any part as the user wants.

3.2.5 Reversed Polarity Indication
There should be an indication when the current is larger than 5% of the rated value and the error is larger than 180%.
Note: If no indication comes up when the current is larger than 10% of the rated value, bug exists. On such occasions, be sure not to increase the current in case to burn the machine.
3.2.6 Indication of False Transformation Ratio
There should be an indication of false transformation ratio when the current is larger than 5% of the rated value and the error is between 30% and 180%.
