1. System introduction
Through systematic and user-friendly design, the vehicle-mounted cable fault comprehensive testing system integrates 380V ~ 220kV power cable main insulation fault, outer sheath fault location and search, path test, precise point determination, live identification, safety stabbing, DC withstand voltage, etc. All required test instruments, power distribution equipment, accessories and auxiliary tools are all positioned and installed on specially modified special motor vehicles. The entire test process is safe, enclosed and compact, with diverse test functions and accurate test results. The instruments and equipment supporting the entire vehicle are equipped with corresponding test equipment for various faults of power cables, such as high resistance, dead grounding, joints, pipes, outer sheaths and other difficult faults, which can safely, maneuverably, quickly and effectively Complete power cable related testing and pilot projects.
2. Vehicle selection
The cable fault comprehensive test vehicle is modified from a 9-seater Iveco high-roof car with National IV emissions. It is different from the test vehicles modified by other vehicles. It is modified at a vehicle factory with relevant national modification qualifications. The modified cable fault test vehicle has Higher stability and security, with listed certificate of conformity. The cable fault comprehensive test vehicle mainly consists of a vehicle platform, on-board equipment, and auxiliary systems.
Vehicle platform: including vehicle chassis, compartment (carriage) structure, etc., it is the transportation carrier of the power cable fault comprehensive testing system.
Vehicle-mounted equipment: mainly including cable fault testing systems, high-voltage bridges, acoustic and magnetic synchronization fixed points, step voltage fixed points, cable identification, cable paths and other instruments, tools and equipment.
Auxiliary systems: including network access, remote measurement and control, power supply system, high-voltage surveillance video, intercom interaction, safety protection, warning, protection, lighting system, etc.
3. Vehicle design
This vehicle adopts a built-in structure design and consists of three parts: a cab, an operating room, and an equipment warehouse.
The layout of the operating platform is reasonable, and cable insulation testing, fault nature judgment, and rough fault distance measurement can all be completed in the car. The fault test host is installed on the industrial control Windows High voltage discharge. The operating table is coated with epoxy resin to achieve a neat and beautiful appearance. The tool drawer is made of steel and designed with a silencer slide lock. During operation, a durable, non-slip, wear-resistant and easy-to-scrub insulated floor is laid to ensure the safety of the entire vehicle testing process.
