I. Overview

    The automatic moisture analyzer of our company meets the requirements of GB/T 7600, SH/T 0255, GB/ and other method standards. Karl Fischer (Coulomb) method was used to determine the content of trace moisture in liquids with different properties. It has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, high speed and stable and reliable determination data, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, environmental protection, medicine and other departments. It can quickly determine the moisture content of chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and pesticide products such as alcohols, oils, lipids, ethers, esters, acids, alkanes, benzenes, amines, organic solvents, pesticides, phenols and pharmaceutical raw materials.

1.2 Functional characteristics

The instrument adopts powerful new generation processor and brand-new peripheral circuits, which has excellent low power consumption; As the criterion of the end of electrolysis, the stability and accuracy of the measurement electrode signal are the key factors affecting the measurement accuracy. Due to the use of advanced devices and methods, the accurate detection of the measurement electrode signal is realized; Further understand the reagent characteristics, and put forward a new software compensation correction algorithm to improve measurement accuracy; Chinese character graphic LCD screen with intuitive and friendly display interface.

The main features are as follows:

● Adopt high-resolution color 7-inch touch dot matrix LCD, all Chinese man-machine dialogue

● Switching constant current source electrolysis circuit is used to reduce the power consumption of the instrument;

● High-precision measurement electrode signal generation and detection circuit makes the judgment of electrolysis end point

fast and accurate, and has strong anti-interference ability;

● Two methods, reagent blank current compensation and equilibrium point drift compensation, are used to correct the measurement

results;

● Built-in 9 calculation formulas can meet the calculation of moisture content under different measurement conditions;

● Converting mg/L, ppm, mg/kg, and % individually or simultaneously to minimize the number of measurements and reagent consumption;

● Adjustment of sample volume, mass and density during or after the test;

● 9 gear stirring speed adjustment; 9-gear electrolytic gain adjustment;

● Reagent can be added and discharged;

● The adding pipeline and discharging pipeline are all made of PTFE Teflon, which has strong flexibility, acid and alkali resistance and is not easy to aging;

● Electrolytic cell bottle seat, reagent bottle seat and drying bottle seat are all made of polytetrafluoride, which has excellent corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and not easy to aging characteristics;

● Air filtration components, effectively ensuring the service life of desiccant, and block moisture and impurities in the air from entering the pipeline;

● Purifier components, filled with high adsorption spherical activated carbon, effectively adsorbs volatile gases such as sulfur dioxide, methanol and others in reagents;

● Automatically store time-stamped history records;

● With RS232, RS485 port to communicate with computer..
