It can check the welding quality of the winding joint and whether the winding is short-circuited between turns. It can check whether the contact of each position of the voltage tap changer is good, whether the actual position of the tap changer is consistent with the indicated position, whether the lead wire is broken, and the multi-strand wires are wound in parallel. Whether there is a stock break, etc. In order to meet the needs of fast measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed a hand-held DC resistance tester. The instrument adopts a new power supply technology, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight, large output current, good repeatability, strong anti-interference ability and perfect protection function. The whole machine is controlled by a high-speed single-chip microcomputer, with a high degree of automation, and has the functions of automatic discharge and discharge alarm.
