The ratio group tester calibration device is a standard calibration instrument designed for the calibration and verification of transformer and transformer ratio group testers. It refers to the calibration regulations of GB1094.1-1996 "Power Transformer Part 1 General Principles" and JJG314-2010 "Measurement Voltage Transformer", and is a standard equipment specially developed for the calibration requirements of digital ratio group testers.
The instrument can complete the ratio calibration work at 200V voltage, and has seven decimal adjustment dials to achieve any ratio value setting. The combination of three adjustment dials can achieve D/d, D/y, D/z, Y/d, Y/y, Y/z, and connection group settings. The equipment uses a passive voltage ratio standard instrument, which is connected by three sets of single-phase ratio standards through a switch combination. The equipment is simple to operate, reliable in performance, and strong in anti-interference ability.
1: General technical indicators of the whole machine
① Voltage ratio value accuracy level: 0.005 level
② Input voltage range: 0V~240V
③ Output voltage ratio range: 1.000000~100000
④ Output group ratio range: 10, 100, 1000,
The output ratio is 10, 100, 1000 above in Y/Y and D/D,
but if it is other connection methods, there is a √3 relationship.
In Y/D connection, the original ratio must be *√3, that is, 17.732, 173.2, 1732.
In D/Y connection, the original ratio must be /√3, that is, 5.7735, 57.735, 577.35.
In Y/z connection, the original ratio must be /√3, that is, 5.7735, 57.735, 577.35.
In D/z connection, the original ratio must be /3, that is, 3.3333, 33.333, 333.33.
⑤ Output group ratio accuracy: 0.05%
⑥ Connection group setting range: D/y, D/d, D/z, Y/y, Y/d, Y/z,
