I. System Introduction
Transformer winding deformation tester is used to test the deformation of 66kV and above voltage level power transformers and other special-purpose transformer windings. Power transformers will inevitably be impacted by various fault short-circuit currents or physical impacts during operation or transportation. Under the action of strong electrodynamic forces generated by short-circuit currents, transformer windings may lose stability, resulting in local distortion, bulging or displacement Such as permanent deformation phenomenon, which will seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer. This instrument uses the frequency response analysis method to measure the winding deformation of the transformer according to the national electric power industry standard DL/T911-2016 and the international electrical standard IEC60076-18. It detects the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each winding of the transformer and conducts longitudinal or horizontal analysis of the detection results. By comparison, according to the degree of change in the amplitude-frequency response characteristics, the possible deformation of the transformer winding can be judged.
The system consists of a measurement part and an analysis software part, the analysis part is completed by a laptop, and the measurement part is connected to the laptop through a USB cable.
II. Main Technical Features
l Measure the transformer winding characteristics by frequency sweep method. When the transformer is not suspended or disassembled, by detecting the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each winding, for 66kV and above transformers, it can accurately measure the distortion, bulging or displacement of the winding.
l The measurement speed is fast, and the measurement time for a single winding is 1-2 minutes.
l The frequency accuracy is very high, the frequency accuracy is 0.001%.
l Using digital frequency synthesis, the frequency stability is higher.
l Use 5000V voltage isolation to fully protect the safety of the test computer.
l The instrument has an oscilloscope function, which is convenient for real-time monitoring of test conditions.
l Nine curves can be loaded at the same time, the relevant parameters of each curve can be automatically calculated, the deformation of the winding can be automatically diagnosed, and the reference conclusion of the diagnosis can be given.
l The analysis software used is powerful, and the software and hardware indicators meet the power industry standard DL/T911-2016 and the international electrical standard IEC60076-18.
l Using Windows platform, compatible with Windows 2000/Windows XP/Windows7/Windows8/Windows10/Windows11。
l A database is used to save the test data, and the management of the test data is simple and convenient.
l The software has powerful management functions, fully considers the needs of on-site use, and automatically saves and exports measurement data to generate a Word version test report (the corresponding Office software needs to be installed) or a JPG picture report, which is convenient for users to produce test reports.
l The software has a high degree of intelligence. After the input and output signals are connected, all the measurement work can be completed by pressing a key.
l The software interface is simple and intuitive. For menus such as analysis, storage, report export, and printing, the menu required for the next step will automatically pop up only after the current step is completed, which is more convenient.
