I.Overview
          The automatic current generator adopts PLC and Weilun industrial control screen as the control system to realize the automatic high current detection equipment. The generator can realize one way of 1000 current output, automatic and manual transformer testing.

      II.Main Feature

● Data such as current, time, status information and prompt information are displayed on a large-screen LCD, and the readings are clear and intuitive;

● Full Chinese interface, simple and clear operation, adaptable to various application occasions;

● Conventional buttons on the touch screen can be operated, and the operation is intuitive, fast and easy to use.

● All-digital calibration method, abandoning the old potentiometer adjustment, very convenient to use on site, and easy to control the accuracy;

● Status reminder function, guided operation, even without manual, it can be manipulated skillfully;

● Pause function. During automatic control, this function can realize the pause of the current rising/falling process at any point. The pause time can be flexibly controlled by the test personnel, which is convenient for observing the state of the test product;

● Automatic timing function, when the experiment is paused, the timing stops, and the pause time starts. When the test is continued, the output time restarts counting

● Manual timing function, when in manual control, the timer can be started manually.

● Manual control mode, this mode is similar to the traditional electric raising/lowering mode, the increase/decrease of the current is controlled by the button, the equipment automatically judges the upper/lower limit position, has functions such as over-current protection, and the entire test process is manually controlled and operated on demand ;

● The transformation ratio test function of the transformer can automatically calculate the current

● With stop/emergency button, it can be restored manually;

● Intelligent control of current rising and falling speed, when the current is close to the target current, the rising and falling speed will automatically slow down;

● Data export function, through the U disk, the device data can be stored on the computer for further processing. (some models)

● In the event of overcurrent and other faults, the protection is immediate, accurate and reliable;

● Combination of hardware and software anti-interference technology, stable performance, strong anti-interference ability, no crash, black screen, blurred screen and other abnormal phenomena in the test.
