The test device is used for the overall power frequency withstand voltage test of insulation tools such as insulation rods and electroscopes of 1000 kV and below. The insulation rod pressure bracket adopts an insulated door structure, and a lifting trolley is installed in the middle of the door frame, and the insulation rod can be lifted for pressure test.
