II.Insulation blanket withstand voltage test
1) Place the insulation blanket/pad under test in the center of the test platform according to Figure 5.
2) Reliably connect the high-voltage wire and the high-voltage electrode.
3) Apply high pressure to carry out withstand voltage test according to the test requirements.
4) After the test is completed, remove the high-voltage line after discharging, remove the high-voltage electrode and the tested product.
3. Withstand voltage test of shielding cover
1) Place the outer electrode of the shielding cover in the middle of the worktable.
2) Place the inner electrode of the shielding cover in the tested shielding cover, so that the edge of the shielding cover is 100mm away from the edge of the metal part of the inner electrode (see figure).
3) Reliably connect high-voltage wires and high-voltage electrodes.
4) Apply high voltage according to the test requirements to carry out the withstand voltage test.
5) After the test, discharge the high voltage part.
6) Remove the high-voltage wire of the high-voltage electrode, and remove the tested product.
