HZ-8600E Central cabinet wireless phase meter (hereinafter referred to as the "Instrument") is used for phase calibration of switchgear with five protection cabinet functions. By binding the collector to the busbar of the upper and lower knife switches of the central cabinet, six identical measurements can be achieved. At the same time, the instrument is also equipped with a universal transmitter for connecting two high-voltage lines to the grid or ring network. The instrument is suitable for 5V~220kV AC transmission lines and secondary live display phase detection, and also has the function of line live detection.
The instrument adopts digital wireless transmission technology, which is safe and reliable to operate, easy to use, and overcomes many disadvantages of wired phase detectors. The appearance of the instrument is shown in the following figure:
The instrument consists of 2 pairs of transmitters, 3 pairs of collectors, and 1 receiving host. The transmitter can determine whether the line is live and measure the phase and frequency of the line. When in close range nuclear phase, the transmitter sends measurement data to the receiving host via radio, and the receiving host calculates the phase difference between the two lines based on the data measured by the transmitter to determine whether they are in the same or different phase.
1. During on-site testing, operations should be carried out in accordance with the safety distance standards for high-voltage testing set by the power department.
2. The standard configuration is a 3-meter insulated pole, corresponding to a voltage level of ≤ 220kV. If the measured line voltage is higher than 220kV, please use insulated poles with a length greater than 3 meters.
3. When operating the nuclear phase, do not hold it beyond the position of the insulating rod handle.
Be careful:
1) Handheld devices and transmitters use 3.7V rechargeable lithium batteries, please do not replace other batteries.
2) The handheld device and transmitter should be charged using a matching DC5V1A power adapter. Do not use other specifications of power adapters.
1. Phase difference accuracy: error ≤ 5 °.
2. Frequency accuracy: ± 0.1HZ.
3. The measurement range for cross voltage is 5V to 220kV.
4. The maximum transmission line of sight for the transmitter and receiver is about 100 meters.
5. Real person voice prompts for measurement results and operation steps.
6. The 3.2-inch color screen displays the phase difference, vector diagram, and same or different phase results of two lines simultaneously.
7. The transmitter adopts digital wireless transmission technology, and the handheld device can display the battery level of the transmitter, the phase and frequency of the measurement line, and other parameters.
8. Automatically shut down after 1 hour of no operation.
9. Both the transmitter and receiver are equipped with rechargeable lithium batteries and a 5V charger.
10. The host is equipped with an 18650 lithium battery with a capacity of 2600mAh. The transmitter is equipped with a 10440 lithium battery with a capacity of 340mAH (due to differences in battery batch, the actual capacity shall prevail).
11. Leakage current during high voltage measurement is less than 10uA.
12. The working power consumption of the transmitter is less than 0.1W, and the working power consumption of the receiving host is less than 0.3W.
13. Working environment: -35 ℃ -+45 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH.
14. Whole machine weight: approximately 3.6KG.
15. Instrument packaging dimensions: length 89cm * width 26cm * height 11cm.
