1. Introduction
The power quality analyzer is a three-phase, multi-functional, intelligent, and simple man-machine operation comprehensive testing instrument specially developed by our company for on-site testing. It has the characteristics of easy to use, super large LCD color screen display, high resolution, Chinese and English bilingual operation interface, and anti-vibration structure shell. Simultaneously measure 4-way current (ABC three-phase and neutral line current), 4-way voltage (ABC three-phase voltage and neutral line-to-ground voltage), peak value of current and voltage, maximum and minimum values within a period of time, three-phase different Balance degree, short-term voltage flicker, transformer K factor, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, displacement power factor, active energy, reactive energy, apparent energy, harmonic ratio, total harmonic distortion display real-time waveforms of current and voltage, phasor diagrams, and harmonic ratio column diagrams; dynamically capture instantaneous changes in voltage and current, monitor starting current, monitor various power parameters and generate alarm lists, record test data for a long time and generate trend curves graph and other functions.
In the current power application, due to the increasing demand for large-scale electrical equipment, the faults caused by the increasingly complex power grid system are becoming more and more difficult to troubleshoot, and due to the development of various industries, the requirements for power quality of the power grid are also increasing. Higher, we provide this kind of measurement and analysis instrument that can troubleshoot complex power systems more quickly and accurately, and monitor and maintain power quality parameters more comprehensively and systematically.
The power quality analyzer adopts DSP+ARM dual processor architecture, DSP is responsible for data collection and algorithm processing, ARM is responsible for communication protocol and man-machine interface processing; two high-precision ADC chips are used to collect analog signals, and the maximum sampling rate can be Up to 1MSPS, ensuring the accuracy and information integrity of the channel, ensuring that no transient change in the power grid is missed, making the instrument's detection of transient waveforms, sudden rises and falls, and instantaneous interruptions more accurate; DSP operating frequency Up to 200MHz, it can monitor the power grid in time and dynamically adjust the sampling frequency to realize the synchronization of power frequency and sampling frequency; it adopts a 5.6-inch LCD color screen display with a resolution of 640dots×480dots, and uses different colors to distinguish the parameters, waveform diagrams, and phasors of each phase Graphs and harmonic ratio graphs enable users to understand the status of power grid parameters more efficiently and intuitively. The built-in flash memory can simultaneously store 60 sets of screenshots, 150 sets of transient voltage/current capture waveforms, and 12800 sets of alarm logs. The start-up current detection mode can continuously capture 100s of start-up current waveforms. The built-in 32G memory card is used to store long-term trend curve records, which can record 20 power parameters at the same time (can be selected according to needs), collect and record once every 1s, and can record and store trend curve records up to 960 days.
