I. Overview
1.1 HZ-127 fuel filter clogging tendency tester is designed and manufactured according to NB_SH_T 0895 and ASTM D2068 standards. It is suitable for fuels with kinematic viscosity at 40°C ranging from 1.3 mm 2 /s to 6.0 mm 2 /s, including middle distillate fuels and liquid fuels, such as biodiesel and biodiesel blended fuels. The instrument is widely used in petrochemical, national defense scientific research and other departments, and is one of the necessary instruments for oil analysis.
1.2 The environmental conditions for the use of the instrument are: ambient temperature 5~35°C, humidity ≤85%, working power supply AC220V±10%, 50Hz .
II. Structural Characteristics And Technical Parameters

2.2 Embedded computer, full Chinese interface, touch screen control, real-time display method parameters and test data, automatically complete the entire test process. The test results are automatically saved, and the test results can be queried and printed.

III. Working Principle
passes through a glass fiber filter at a constant rate (20ml/min) , the instrument can detect the pressure of the sample passing through the filter. Before all the samples are filtered, if the maximum pressure reaches 105kPa, the instrument will record the actual filtration volume of the sample when the maximum pressure occurs, which will be used to calculate the result; otherwise, if the sample with the specified capacity has been filtered but has not reached 105 P pressure, record the maximum pressure that occurs during the test and use it to calculate the results;
