III. Operation Method
1. When the winding machine is powered on, the power indicator light should be on. (Press the "reset" key to zero in abnormal conditions).
2. Select "Positive Turning" and "Reverse"; set the number of circles you want and adjust the speed adjustment knob to zero.
3. If it runs once, there is a number of circles during the winding process, and you can choose "brakes ahead of time."
4. Press "Start/Passing". At this time, the "running indicator light" is on, and the winding machine is running to display the currently winding number. Automatically stop after the preset circle. (Indicator lamp)
5. The function of the "Start/Passing" key is that every time the key digital tube is pressed at zero, the preset current number and brakes are stored in advance. When the intermediate process is suspended, each key is pressed, and only the current number of the preset circle is stored. After the winding is completed, press the key once to clear the digital tube, press the second key, and repeat the winding. (Allow the setting circle at any time of stopping).
6. If you need to change the winding direction during the winding process, it should be paused, and the "positive/reverse" switch is moved after the motor is stopped.
7. In order to protect this machine, the "Start/Portal" key is set by a delay trigger control method. When the key is pressed, it takes 0.5 to 1 second to press the second key to work.
For the convenience of users, this machine is equipped with an external "start / pause" foot switch.
IV. precautions
1. Do not set the preset number at the "0000" position value.
2. In the rotation process, the motor will never allow the "positive / reverse" switch, otherwise it will burn the control circuit.
3. The speed control circuit with this machine has an overcurrent automatic protection function. When the electrical driving force runs over load or start frequently, the internal relay moves. At this time Then boot.
4. The "start/pause" key of this winding machine uses trigger control. Therefore, when using an external pedaling switch, you need to press it completely before letting go. Essence
