I. All-Scenario Element Analysis Expert Of Lithium Battery Industry

Handheld ternary lithium-battery spectrum analyzer is able to detect  Ni,  Co,  Mn  and  other  elements  and  their  contents,  thus  quickly distinguishing material types (e.g. 622, 532 and 111 type lithium batteries), such as positive and negative electrodes, lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries, lithium iron phosphate power batteries, high-rate power batteries, ternary power batteries, soft-pack cells, 18650 lithium cells, polymer power cells, aluminum-shell  cells,  flat plate  cells,  high-quality  cells  dismantled  from machines,  battery  packs  of  electric  vehicles,  etc. Handheld ternary lithium-battery spectrum analyzer is applicable to detection ofNi, Co, Mn and other elements and their contents, in order to facilitate material separation (e.g. 622, 532 and 111 type lithium batteries).

In the exploration of metals in batteries, the portable XRF analyzer, compared with  conventional XRF  equipment  in  laboratories,  can not  only provide reliable data faster for exploration personnel to make correct decisions, but also  can  screen  samples  in  order  to  provide  more  suitable  samples  for laboratory analysis, thereby helping to reduce exploration costs and improve the return on investment. The portable XRF analyzer can be used for sample screening   in   order  to   select   appropriate   samples   for   analysis.   Such preparation of samples enables the portable XRF analyzer to get high-quality quantitative data close to laboratory analysis results.

Excitation source

Technology

Technology, with higher X-ray count rate; application of          conductive silver coating on the inner shell and electronic shielding  fabric on the circuit board, to prevent electromagnetic interference to the stable element resolution design.

Test method

Touch or trigger control of testing. It is not necessary to press and     hold the trigger for a long time in the test process. Or, press and hold the trigger to test samples as requested by customers.

Security

Trigger lock. The locking time can be set. Once this mode is enabled, both touch and trigger functions are not available.

Battery

Original 7.2V large-capacity rechargeable lithium batteries. It is not necessary to remove the batteries to check its power. Standard         configuration: 2 lithium batteries;
