The instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with SH/T0308 and ASTM D3427. It is applicable to study the air release property of petroleum products such as turbine oil and hydraulic oil.
After heating the sample to a certain temperature, inject compressed air into the sample to introduce small bubbles in the sample. After stopping the air flow, record the time when the volume of entrained air in the sample decreases to 0.2% to evaluate the air release property of the sample.
The instrument is mainly composed of a water bath system, an air heating and temperature control system, pressure measurement system and main experimental apparatus.

1. Remove the package carefully after unpacking. Find whether the parts are well or not referring the list. Contact us if the parts are damaged or lost.
2. Put the instrument steadily on a flat surface. Fill the bath cylinder with liquid medium to proper level(higher than the heating tube area) and cover the upper cover.
3. Turn on the power and check whether the control system of each part is working properly. Adjust the water bath and air heating temperature according to test requirement. The experiment can be started after the temperature is constant.
