Excessive excitation inrush current can cause the transformer to fail to close, as well as mechanical vibration of the transformer itself, resulting in displacement of the winding structure, affecting the service life of the power transformer and even causing permanent damage.
The demagnetization analyzer for power transformers is a new generation demagnetization analyzer independently developed by our company. By using the composite current method technology, it is possible to quickly demagnetize power transformers and quantify residual magnetism detection. Detecting and eliminating residual magnetism is automatically completed in one go. For three-phase transformers, demagnetizing only one phase is sufficient, which is more time-saving and efficient.
